Unlovable video release 2.14.20

Saudia Young released her Unlovable 12″ vinyl in 2018 and the video for the single on Valentine’S Day Day 2020. The video was shot at the Grand Berlin and the streets of Mitte. The song is a love letter to everyone who has been heartbroken and a call for self love and humour.

The Noir Rhythm & Blues albumn was produced live at Lightning Recorders in Berlin. Recorded old school style in one take, giving the record a vintage energy and crackling aliveness.

The record features top musicians from Berlin’s blues, swing, rockabilly, Americana, roots and soul scenes with covers and orginals written by Young. The collaboratoring musicans who played on the album include Florian von Frieling, Malte Tonissen,Tex Morton, Daniel Dodd Ellis, Moe Jaksch, Thilo Hornschild, Pete Deville, Carsten Liedtke, Boris Kontorovsky, Rollo von Beethoven, Nicco Lippolis and Marcos Coll.

Young is an actress singer and storyteller from New York City. Young has lived in Berlin since 2008 and currently plays, and lives in Europe and the US.
